1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping across India, subject to serviceability at the delivery address.

Some remote or non-serviceable locations may have limited delivery availability depending on our logistics partners.

2. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation and payment verification.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

During sales, promotions, festive periods, or periods of exceptionally high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is generally:

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

The estimated delivery time is not a guaranteed delivery date.

4. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

If your order qualifies for free shipping under an active Adeeba offer, no shipping charge will be added to the eligible order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information through the contact details provided during checkout, where tracking is available.

You can use the tracking information to check the current status of your shipment.

6. Delayed Deliveries

Although we work with reliable logistics partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Courier or logistics issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Remote or difficult-to-service locations
  • High order volumes during sales and festive periods
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in checking its status.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • Full name
  • House/Flat number
  • Street/locality
  • City
  • State
  • PIN code
  • Valid mobile number

Adeeba will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If you notice an incorrect address after placing your order, contact us immediately. We will try to update it if the order has not yet been dispatched.

8. Failed Delivery / Reattempt

If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or the address cannot be located, the courier may make additional delivery attempts according to its standard process.

If the shipment is returned to Adeeba because of repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer may need to contact us to arrange further delivery.

Additional shipping charges may apply where applicable.

9. Damaged Package

If your package appears visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please inspect the package carefully before accepting it, where possible.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the package and product.

Such cases will be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

10. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected locations and orders.

COD availability may depend on the delivery address, order value, courier serviceability, and other applicable conditions.

If COD is available, the option will be displayed during checkout.
